Do I need to do anything to set it up?
Very little. You just need to add one email address (our service account) as a Viewer in your Google Analytics settings. This takes about 30 seconds and doesn't give anyone access to change anything — it's read-only.
What if I don't have Google Analytics on my site?
We can help you set it up. Google Analytics 4 is free and a short snippet of code added to your site is all it takes. Once it's been running for a month, the reports begin automatically.
When do I receive my monthly report?
Reports are sent on the 1st of each month and cover the previous full month. So on 1st March you'd receive your February report — giving you a clean, complete picture of the month.
Can I cancel the Advanced plan at any time?
Yes, absolutely. No contracts, no minimum term. Cancel any time through your billing portal and you'll retain access until the end of the period you've paid for. Your Basic monthly reports continue either way.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use read-only access to your Google Analytics — we can never modify anything. Your dashboard is protected by a private unique link. All data is transmitted over SSL and stored securely in an enterprise-grade database with row-level security.
What does the live dashboard actually show?
Advanced plan clients get a full real-time dashboard showing active users right now, daily traffic charts, conversion and goal tracking, audience demographics (age, location, device), exit page analysis, new vs returning visitors, and monthly strategy notes written by our team based on your data.
